Your Role:

Shape the people agenda for a global healthcare data and digital technology organization. As an HR Business Partner embedded within the Healthcare HR team, you will work directly with senior business leaders in HC DDIT to translate strategy into impactful people initiatives — spanning talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and change management. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering both strategic guidance and hands-on support to accelerate business performance and enable sustainable growth. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with the Healthcare Research and Development function to drive cross-functional projects that create meaningful impact for patients and the business.

Who You Are:

• Your HR career spans 5 to 8 years, with at least 2 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner role, giving you the confidence to advise and challenge senior leaders on people-related decisions.
• Talent management, organizational development, and change management are areas where you have built real depth — you connect people strategies directly to business outcomes.
• Data drives your thinking. You are comfortable working with HR metrics and analytics to evaluate what is working, identify gaps, and shape recommendations.
• You build credibility quickly with diverse stakeholders, communicating with clarity and influencing without authority across functions and geographies.
• You have a solid grounding in employment legislation and HR compliance, and you take ownership of keeping practices aligned with evolving legal requirements.
• Matrix environments energize rather than frustrate you — you adapt quickly, manage competing priorities with ease, and deliver consistently under pressure.
• You hold a Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• You approach artificial intelligence with informed curiosity — you understand its mechanics, recognize its limitations, and apply ethical judgment around fairness, privacy, and accountability when using AI tools in your work.

Location: Bangalore, India | Hybrid — 1 day per week at HC R&D (Bagmane) and 2 days per week at HC DDIT office
