Report to: District Manager - Fertility BU

Based in Hai PHong province

Area management: Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An

  • Your Roles:

    • Drive sustainable performance growth and market share for the Fertility portfolio by building deep, long-term partnerships with priority IVF centers, hospitals, and private clinics.
    • Lead account-based execution (KAM 2.0) by translating brand strategy into account plans, coordinating cross-functional actions with Marketing and Medical, and ensuring disciplined delivery across the customer journey.
    • The KAM is accountable for excellent execution in assigned territories and key accounts, delivering differentiated value through scientific engagement, customer solutions, and compliant commercial activities.

    Who You Are:

    • Bachelor of Pharmacist / Doctor
    • At least 3–5 years of proven field commercial experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales; experience in specialty care and/or hospital channel is strongly preferred.
    • Solid understanding of account management: account segmentation, stakeholder mapping, account planning, objective setting, execution tracking.
    • Excellent ability to engage confidently with IVF stakeholders (fertility specialists, OB/GYNs, embryologists, pharmacists/procurement, clinic management) using scientific and value-based messages.
    • Strong planning and analytical skills, including forecasting, tracking KPIs, and translating data into actions.
    • Fluent in Vietnamese and able to work effectively in English (written and spoken).
