Healthcare Business Process Architect

Your Role: In this instrumental role, you will shape, represent, and govern global business processes within our transformation roadmap that help the Healthcare business operate with greater efficiency, clarity, and measurable value. As a recognized technical authority and process expert for Order to Cash, you will guide SAP ERP deployment, ensure harmonized processes, and perform process improvement across global and local markets. You will solve complex process and application challenges, connect Sales and Distribution with related processes, Accounting to Reporting, Inbound to Outbound, Purchase to Pay, Forecast to Plan and influence technical direction and operational decisions. You will turn opportunities into clear business value, funding priorities, release plans, and measures of improvement while building trusted relationships with business leaders and key users, technology teams, external partners, and logistics providers. Your work will strengthen process maturity, user experience, and the digital backbone of the business.

Who You Are

• You bring a university degree or equivalent experience in business, information technology, finance, supply chain, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications in business, process improvement, project management, or information technology are welcome.

• You have substantial professional experience and senior expertise in business process architecture, for SAP ERP system mainly in Order to Cash, and you know the integration with finance and logistic teams across global and local operations.

• You have deep experience with Sales and Distribution modules and related software, including integration with finance, quality management, customer relationship management, electronic data interchange, master data and external logistics partners.

• You have guided SAP ERP deployments, process improvement, or complex transformation projects and can work independently with minimal guidance.

• You influence business and technical stakeholders, including senior leaders, by translating complex issues into clear decisions, measurable value, funding priorities, and release plans.

• You understand operational networks and can connect Order to Cash with accounting, forecasting, production, procurement, asset management, and related process areas.

• You communicate fluently in written and spoken English, bring international experience, and are willing and able to travel up to 40 percent. Spanish or German is an advantage.

• You have experience in Project Management, and you are able to lead minor and middle Projects as IT Project Manager.

• AI Literacy: You understand how artificial intelligence works, including its limitations, practical applications, decision implications, and ethical considerations such as bias, fairness, privacy, governance, and accountability.

• You are a team player with excellent communication skills, and you are used to be the bridge between Business and IT.
