 Job description-Rare Disease Business Manager. Position is based in Riyadh.

▪ Support the development and lead execution of brand plans for the rare disease portfolio.

▪ Contribute to launch readiness and ensure timely, high-quality implementation of marketing activities.

▪ Execute patient journey–based initiatives to improve diagnosis, referral, and treatment uptake.

▪ Adapt global strategies to local market needs.

▪ Implement disease awareness initiatives to support early diagnosis and patient identification.

▪ Collaborate with key centers to enhance testing and referral pathways.

▪ Support educational activities to improve HCP understanding of rare disease indications.

▪ Work closely with Market Access to support formulary inclusion and access initiatives.

▪ Contribute to stakeholder engagement with payers and institutions to address access challenges.

▪ Support implementation of patient access programs where applicable.

▪ Translate brand strategy into clear field execution plans and tactics.

▪ Provide the sales team with effective tools, messaging, and training materials.

▪ Work closely with the field force to ensure alignment and gather insights from the market.

▪ Ensure alignment with regional and global teams on brand strategy, positioning, and key priorities.

▪ Adapt global guidance, campaigns, and materials to fit local market dynamics.

▪ Share local market insights, performance updates, and best practices with regional/global stakeholders.

▪ Participate in regional meetings and contribute to cross-market initiatives and knowledge exchange.

▪ Lead the mapping and segmentation of key stakeholders across the rare disease ecosystem (KOLs, treatment centers, referral networks, and decision-makers).

▪ Identify priority accounts and customers based on patient flow, influence, and access potential.

▪ Develop tailored engagement strategies based on customer segmentation and specific needs.

▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and centers of excellence.

▪ Gather deep customer insights to inform brand strategy, access planning, and patient identification initiatives.

▪ Support the planning and execution of scientific engagements to validate strategies and refine positioning.

▪ Continuously update stakeholder mapping based on evolving market dynamics and treatment pathways.

▪ Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Supply teams to ensure smooth execution.

▪ Support cross-functional alignment for launches and ongoing initiatives.

▪ Monitor key performance indicators and track brand performance.

▪ Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback.

▪ Support forecasting and business planning processes.

▪ Ensure all activities are compliant with company policies and local regulations.

▪ Manage documentation and approvals through relevant systems

Candidate Profile:

1- At least 3 years experience in Oncology/Specialty Lines, in Saudi Arabia.

2- At least 2 years experience in Sales Management (Oncology/Specialty Lines), in Saudi Arabia.

3- Solid track of achievement in the past 3 years.
