Work model: 5 days per week from office in Wroclaw for onboarding and initial collaboration, after which a hybrid model will be followed 


YOUR ROLE: 

Join us as a Business System & Process Expert (all genders)! In this role  you enhance operational efficiency by providing comprehensive support through troubleshooting system and process issues. You aim to capture and translate business needs into actionable requirements, identify and implement innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement

initiatives that align with best practices and support strategic goals. By engaging with end users and stakeholders and maintaining robust documentation, you strive to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Your key responsibilties are: User Support & Monitoring, Process Design, Integration & Support, Documentation Management and Communications (Communities & Networks)

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

  • Minimum of 2+ years professional experience in a customer facing environment and/or professional experience in a business facing process improvement, project management or similar role 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related business or education fields is preferred
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems (SD module: Oracle, SAP)
  • Advanced analytical skills to address complex problems, making independent judgments and decisions while efficiently resolving issues
  • Strong project leadership and management skills, aligning projects with business goals, developing detailed work plans, and managing teams while adopting effective change management practices (LSS desired)
  • Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proven experience in linking business process design and implementation with short-term objectives and overall business strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members across all organizational levels
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English, other EU languages are preferred
